Herbal Body & Skin Care welcomes your returns and will refund the total amount of your order plus any shipping fees occurred under these conditions:

- Refund must be requested by email no later than 14 days after receipt of delivery. 
Email us at: herbalbodyskincare@yahoo.com for instructions and postage paid return shipping label.

- Refunds will only be approved on unopened, unused products.

- Refund will be processed after item is received and inspected by Herbal Body & Skin Care. 

- Keep in mind that refunds may take up to 15 days to credit to your bank account depending on the policies of your specific financial institute.
